Since early 2021, Global Atomic has been actively engaged in meetings with nuclear utilities across the globe to introduce them to the Company and our plan to produce yellowcake at the Dasa Project. The mine plan to produce 68.1 Mlbs U3O8 over 23 years as defined in the 2024 Feasibility Study, which was revised in January 2026.

The Company has entered into off-take agreements for 8.8 Mlbs U3O8 over the first seven years of mine operation; 90% of which has been sold to U.S. utilities, volume which the Company believes is sufficient to recover construction costs related to the development of the Dasa Mine.

The Company maintains significant exposure to the uranium market which is expected to feature structural supply/demand imbalances in the coming years, with unprecedented growth in the number of nuclear reactors under construction reflecting the exponential growth of low-carbon energy demand across the globe.

As part of our uranium marketing strategies, Global Atomic Corporation has a uranium marketing agreement with Fuel Link Limited of the United Kingdom, who provides uranium marketing services to the Company.
